MHC Mining Services
Website Project Proposal

Josie, thank you for providing the materials, purchased template and website examples.

I have prepared an initial vision for the new MHC website, a recommended structure and two implementation options. The questions below will help me confirm the final scope of work and determine the most suitable approach.

Estimated completion time: up to 10 minutes.

1. My Understanding of the Project

I see the new website as a professional corporate presentation of MHC for major contractors, councils, quarry operators and industry partners.

It should not be a typical lead-generation website built primarily around obtaining a quick quote. Its main purpose is to demonstrate MHC’s experience, reliability and ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects.

Particular attention should be given to environmental performance. For MHC’s clients, it is important not only that the company meets industry and regulatory requirements, but also that it can reduce waste, recycle materials and reuse resources directly within each project.

Key areas of focus:

  • service areas;

  • technical capabilities, mobile equipment and workforce;

  • safety, compliance and reliable delivery;

  • recycling, resource recovery and environmental performance;

  • completed projects and proven experience;

  • clients and industry partners;

  • measurable outcomes and results.

Have I understood the primary role of the website correctly?

Yes

Partly

Some corrections are needed

2. Services

Based on the materials provided, I have identified three core service areas for MHC:

  1. Mobile Crushing & Materials Processing

  2. Environmental & Recycling Solutions

  3. Integrated Plant & Equipment Hire Services

Each service area may include related services, capabilities and equipment.

Have the core service areas been identified correctly?

Yes

Generally yes, but the names or structure need to be adjusted

No, the service structure needs to be reconsidered

How detailed should the service presentation be?

Briefly present the three service areas on the Home page only

Create one general Services page covering all service areas

Create a Services page with a separate page for each service area

I would like your recommendation

Separate pages would allow capabilities, equipment, processes and applications to be presented in greater detail. I will recommend the most suitable structure after reviewing the available content.

Do you expect to add new service areas or significantly expand the range of services in the future?

No, the structure is expected to remain stable

Individual services or capabilities may be added occasionally

Yes, the range of services is expected to expand regularly

Not yet determined

3. Design and Content Approach

The Urbis template will serve as an initial visual reference and starting point for the project, rather than as the structural or technical base of the new website. Selected colors, effects and individual design elements may influence the new direction where appropriate.

Based on this starting point, I recommend developing a new design system and website structure tailored specifically to MHC. This will allow outdated or unsuitable solutions within the template to be reconsidered rather than carried over automatically.

Roan Group provides a strong reference for the desired level of corporate presentation and typography. Based on its natural earthy, sandy, olive and beige tones, together with the blue used in the MHC logo, I will develop a new and balanced color system.

The materials provided will form the foundation of the website content. Professional terminology, facts and key messages will be preserved, while the information will be structured for a clear and effective presentation:

  • distributed across the relevant pages;

  • organised into a clear hierarchy;

  • presented through sections, cards, lists and key figures;

  • focused on MHC’s core capabilities, strengths and results.

Any changes that affect professional meaning or industry-specific wording will be confirmed with the MHC team.

The cost of the Urbis template has already been taken into account in this proposal, so MHC’s investment in it is reflected in the project pricing.

Are you comfortable with this approach?

Yes

Yes, but content changes should be approved

Further discussion is required

4. Proposed Website Structure

  • Home

  • About

  • Services

  • Service Detail: a separate page for each core service area, if the detailed structure is approved

  • Projects

  • Project Detail: a separate page for each project, including a gallery and key information

  • News

  • News Article

  • Contact

  • Privacy Policy

  • Terms

  • 404

FAQ content may be included on relevant pages or presented on a separate FAQ page, depending on the final amount and type of content.

Does this proposed website structure meet your expectations?

Yes

Changes are needed

5. Projects and Clients

I recommend combining Projects and Gallery into one section.

Each project may include a brief overview of the work completed, location, key outcomes and a photo gallery. Real project photography will form the main part of each story, allowing the written content to remain concise.

Which project format would you prefer?

A brief overview with a photo gallery

A detailed case study

Photo gallery only

I would like your recommendation

How many projects do you plan to feature at launch?

1–3

4–6

7–10

More than 10

Clients, Partners and Logos

If suitable materials and permissions are available, I recommend displaying client or partner logos in a compact trust section. Individual project pages may also identify the relevant client and include their logo, helping visitors clearly understand who the work was completed for.

Are client and partner names and logos available and approved for use on the website?

Yes, names and logos may be used and linked to relevant projects

Only for selected clients or projects

Names may be used, but not logos

No

This needs to be confirmed

6. Materials

You mentioned that you have hundreds of high-quality photographs. To begin preparing the website design, I will primarily need the following materials.

Which of the following materials will you be able to provide?

Materials can be shared as an archive or through a private link in our Contra conversation or by email at support@dmytrotaranets.com

7. Implementation Options

Two website implementation options are outlined below. They differ in scope, structure and the level of control the MHC team will have over website content.

The selected option will also affect the required Framer plan. CMS allows the team to add and update recurring content, such as projects, news, services and team members, without changing the website design. The Basic plan supports up to 2 CMS collections, while the Pro plan supports up to 10 and includes additional features for professional websites.

I will recommend the most suitable Framer plan after reviewing your answers and confirming the final website structure.

Detailed features and current plan information are available on the official Framer pricing page.
